Alk is responsible for the management of the total UK operation and to represent Pioneer Foods in the UK market wherever possible.  Overall the ultimate responsible person for areas such as product safety and quality, legality, health and safety, risk and compliance management, fair and ethical labour and business practices, and to ensure a return on shareholders investment.  He is based at Wellingborough.

Tim is responsible for all the financial elements that involve our company and acts as the Company Secretary on the Bokomo Foods UK Board.  He is based in Wellingborough.

Sally is responsible for the total UK sales operation and customer care, as well as evaluating new commercial opportunities for the company.  She is based in Peterborough.

John is responsible for the evaluation of all projects in the business . He is also  responsible for investigating continious innovation into our business . This includes investigations to add new concepts and technology into our business . John is also responsible for all third party manufacturing arrangements for Bokomo UK, process flow improvements and for  ensuring synergy between our Wellingborough and Peterborough plant . John also act as the link between our Production ,NPD and Technical functions in the business .John is the nominated Health & Safety trained person for the business.  He is based in Wellingborough.

Carl is responsible for the total operation in the Peterborough factory.  This includes ensuring product safety and legality policies are followed throughout the factory operations.  He is also involved in Business to Business sales for Peterborough where he is based.

Jonathon is responsible for the total operation in the Wellingborough factory. This includes ensuring product safety and legality policies are followed throughout the factory operations. He is also involved in Business to Business sales for Wellingborough where he is based.

Andy is responsible for the price determination of all raw materials and packing materials for Bokomo UK.  He heads up a Procurement Committee for the company.  He is based in Wellingborough.

Katie is responsible for all product related technical matters, product recipe control, company legal requirements, labelling legislation, ingredient legislation and other industry matters for the Bokomo UK Group . Katie  oversee Quality Assurance on both sites beeing the Technical guardian of our business .

Barbara heads up the HR Function in our business. This includes recruitment, staff development, staff induction, and legal requirements regarding staff management. She ensures that communication lines are healthy in the business and that all our staff is aware of the various procedures and policies important for all staff in the business. She is responsible to ensure that staff is always treated within the values of our company and have an open door policy which allows all our staff to discuss any possible matter with her. The Training Department reports into Barbara. She is based in Wellingborough but is responsible for both sites.

Domini is responsible for New Product Development at Bokomo UK. She is keeping Bokomo UK on the forefront of innovation by offering our customers the latest trends in recipes, ingredients and packaging and the latest trends .Domini is based in Peterborough.

Darren is responsible for all Quality Assurance matters in Wellingborough. His department is responsible for food hygiene, good general food practises and risk management on the Wellingborough site.

John is responsible ensuring that our stock levels are maintained by managing our SAP MRP process. His department ensures that the correct raw material and packaging material are at the right place at the right time. He links with all departments in the business and also with the Supply Chain teams of our customers.

Sarah is responsible for training matters in Wellingborough and Peterborough . This includes the identification of training needs and general staff development .
