Alk is responsible for the management of the total UK operation and to represent Pioneer Foods in the UK market wherever possible.  Overall the ultimate responsible person for areas such as product safety and quality, legality, health and safety, risk and compliance management, fair and ethical labour and business practices, and to ensure a return on shareholders investment.  He is based at Wellingborough.

Tim is responsible for all the financial elements that involve our company and acts as the Company Secretary on the Bokomo Foods UK Board.  He is based in Wellingborough.

Sally is responsible for the total UK sales operation and customer care, as well as evaluating new commercial opportunities for the company.  She is based in Peterborough.

John is responsible for the full operation of the Wellingborough factory.  This includes ensuring product safety and legality policies are followed throughout the factory operations and he is the nominated Health & Safety trained person for the business.  He is also responsible for all innovation projects for the company and for project engineering and process flow improvements.  He is based in Wellingborough.

Sarah is responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the Wellingborough factory.  Her key responsibilities include product safety, product legality, HACCP, Quality Systems and site accreditation to BRC and retailer standers at Wellingborough where she is based.

Carl is responsible for the total operation in the Peterborough factory.  This includes ensuring product safety and legality policies are followed throughout the factory operations.  He is also involved in Business to Business sales for Peterborough where he is based.

Katie is responsible for all product related technical matters, product recipe control, company legal requirements, labelling legislation, ingredient legislation and other industry matters for the Peterborough site where she is based.  Katie is also responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control for Peterborough and also overseas New Product Development.

Andy is responsible for the price determination of all raw materials and packing materials for Bokomo UK.  He heads up a Procurement Committee for the company.  He is based in Wellingborough.
